After a few years of hesitating, finally, I purchased a UV Resin 3D printer Anycubic Photon S
Earlier, I was considering a “cheap” FDM printer, but the printing results really don’t fulfill my needs. So I decided to wait and get the SLA (stereolithography) or UV resin 3D printer. Printed details are much better quality.
3D printing with UV resin is a somewhat annoying, demanding, and potentially harmful process, so it is strongly advisable to get the “wash and cure” machine too. It really simplifies and facilitates the process a lot.
I’m just beginning learning 3D modeling and considering every possible way that I can use this printer, but at first, I will use it mostly for the additional parts and equipment for the models and dioramas, and make it a useful addition to this hobby.
