As my first 3D modeling/printing project, I’ve chosen MiG-21 ground equipment for two reasons – first, as a former MiG-21 mechanic, I’m quite familiar with these, and second, I’m going to need it for my MiG-21 vignette/diorama project.

40 years after “The Final Countdown”
InspirationThere are movies that we like and remember, there are movies that we don’t like and remember… but there are movies that shaped who we are today.
In my case, one of those movies is “The Final Countdown” from 1980, the movie about the crew of the (in that time) modern and powerful aircraft Carrier USS Nimitz that traveled back in time just before the attack on Pearl Harbour.
